We consider the impact of everything we create — on our residents, our community, and our planet. All of our modular constructions are built locally at our dedicated factory, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and responsible production.
HOME aims to be a platform for innovative design, technologies, and practices.
Offsite modular construction not only cuts costs and build times, but also benefits people and the planet: more affordable homes, less waste.
Towards a circular economy.
The principles of the circular economy will help us move towards more sustainable developments and cities. It’s not only about maximising the use (and reuse) of responsible materials, and reducing energy and water consumption, but also minimizing our impact on biodiversity and nature — creating a healthier living environment that benefits everyone.
HOME is a learning organisation and will step by step improve with each project.
Energy
Energy neutral buildings if possible within the boundaries of each site
Solar panels on roofs and facades
Materials
Increased use of lower-impact materials such as biobased materials
All wood-based materials meet the FSC or PEFC quality mark
Health
Avoid the use of materials as much as possible that effect the health or the residents (such as PUR)
User Quality
At least 50% of all parking facilities are equipped with electric charging facilities
Greenery
A nature-inclusive design that integrates greenery into the facade and roof, enhancing quality of life.
Redesigning public space to better deal with water stress and leave more room for biodiversity
Future Value
Designed for disassembly; the modular and detachable building systems are designed to be reused
Every project is subject to a Climate Risk Analysis to ensure it is robust for climate change
Open House
Stay connected with the HOME community. Everyone is welcome!
